RMA TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Customers wishing to return goods to Tills Direct LTD for any reason are required to contact Tills Direct LTD and request an RMA number before returning goods. (Please see Technical Support contact information below). The RMA number is used to ensure proper tracking of goods and must be clearly shown on the outside of the shipping container(s). Products returned without a completed RMA form will be refused by Tills Direct LTD and returned to Customer. Goods returned for repair or replacement must be returned, transportation charges prepaid, regardless of warranty status, accompanied by a completed RMA form. Returned goods must be packaged properly (anti-static containers for static sensitive items, double wall box if needed). Goods must be returned within Thirty (30) days of RMA issuance. If, after Thirty (30) days, goods have not been returned to Tills Direct LTD, the RMA expires and return of goods is no longer authorized. To obtain an RMA, call Tills Direct LTD Technical Support on 01299 488031 or email Support@tills-direct.com prior to populating the RMA sheet above. Customers will be required to provide: Model and Serial Number of all parts/machines to be returned, Original Invoice Number, Valid Contact Details, a description of the issue or the nature of the return request.
