Returns Policy

Returns for Damaged Products

We do everything we can to ensure that your items will arrive at your door as you expected but if anything does go wrong, you're not happy with the condition of your purchase please email info@tills-direct.com or call us at Tills Direct 01299 488031 and advise whether you would like a replacement or refund. We will advise whether a replacement is in stock. We will require a couple of photographs, along with a description of the condition of the item or packaging damage. Obviously, we will then organise the return with you.

 

Changed Your Mind

Should you be returning the product because you have changed your mind then you will be responsible for the cost of the delivery to return it to us. Please contact us in the first instance by sending an email to info@Tills Direct.com confirming order number, date of purchase and the reason for returning. Please use a recorded/tracked delivery service and return your item within 30 days from when your item was delivered. Return address is:

We need to receive the items in perfect resaleable condition and with any packaging undamaged. We will then organise a refund of the value of the purchase excluding original postage, or arrange a replacement within 14 days.

 

Returns Outside Our Policy

When you return an item not within our return policy we will not refund or replace the item. In this instance, if you would like the item to be shipped back out to you, we will send an invoice for you to pay shipping costs as per Terms and Conditions.

 

Cancellation before delivery

If your order hasn't been delivered and you'd like to cancel we must be informed as soon as possible before the delivery date. Ideally, this should be by telephone by calling 01299 488031 (in order to stop the delivery happening) and by email to info@tillsdirect.com to officially cancel. We will advise whether this is possible and whether additional charges apply.

 

Refunds

We will send you a refund for the full price excluding any original/return shipping fees in accordance with the above returns policy. We will usually refund using the original payment method within 14 days of the item reaching our premises
